cannot login to cpanel after compressing files

I was compressing my files from the stoli server then suddenly it logged me out. i think i still have enough free space,when i was trying to log back in, its telling me that i have an invalid log in.
i checked my account but im not suspended & i could not log in in my account

my website is telling me that its not connecting to the stoli-mysql server, so i think my files are still in there

i dont know what to do or what i did wrong
maybe i could request for a password reset, thanks and more power to you guys!

i already requested a password reset but im not sure if i set the security question properly previously,if im wrong,im not really sure how to retrieve it

Hi craxtech,

You are unable to log back into your cPanel because you are suspended. While you were compressing your files, too much of the CPU was being taken up, so you were suspended automatically.

Please go to http://x10hosting.com/panel.php?suspensionreport and manually unsuspend yourself.

thanks adam, i thought all my files crashed because suddenly i couldnt log in, btw if i may ask so i wont violate same rule in the future, what are the tasks that would take much of the server's cpu resources, bec what i did was i was just compressing my files so i could back it up, i also have a question regarding the r1soft backup, it seems that i cannot delete or create my backup,do i need to create a new thread for this?thanks

oh my bad, it seems that it automatically suspends me if im backing up a specific folder, i checked that folder and its taking up 50mb, and its automatically suspending me without finishing the compression, oh well,i wish there was a warning that the folder contains big files or theres a way to know that will warn me first before getting locked out of my account,it took me 2 suspension in a row,maybe you will void my other warning suspensions bec i dont really know that its a big folder that im trying to comporess, it seems i need to back it up folder by folder,thanks for the quick responses!
