Cannot login to CPanel - New Account

I set up a new hosting account yesterday and have been unsuccessful in managing to login to the CPanel.
I understand that there are 2 different usernames one for the hosting account and one for forum/account panel.

I have tried both usernames & passwords and have still been unsuccessful. I have tried clearing the cache and have trid using both IE and Firefox with no success.

Am i doing something wrong, if so what ?
or is there a problem with the servers / cpanel etc.?

Any answers or help will be much appreciated as I really want to get my site hosted now.

What server is your site hosted on (http://[i]server[/i].x10hosting.com)? What error message do you get when you try to log into cPanel ("Login Attempt Failed!"?)

If you'd like, you can try resetting your cPanel password, although, if you're sure you know it, that won't do much.
