Cannot login to CPANEL

I cannot remember my user name or password for the Cpanel login. I tried resetting my CPanel password and it kept saying that I have wrong answer for my mother's maiden name. My mother's maiden name is *edit*.

Can someone please help me? I can call in if I need to help verify my information.

your cpanel username is ---> sross

Go to http://x10hosting.com/panel.php Login with Forums username and password.

There you can see all information about your account..
If you forgot your password then Click on Change cPanel Password on Right Sidebar.
and reset your password..
