cannot login to cpanel

ok, so i get into the account panel fine, but when i try to get into cpanel, it says "Login Attempt Failed!"
do i use my forum name or my account username?

I have lifted the suspension. Please be aware of what caused the "High resource" usage suspension and try to get it resolved.

Clear your browsers cache and flush your dns it is showing me the default x10 index page.
