Cannot Login to mail

Hey x10Hosating,

I can't seem to login to my email, I receive the following error:

Internal Server Error
500

User 'cedmx10h' is over quota.

the problem is, I have two emails and have used 221mb of 850 in one, the other 42.93mb.
I have only 5 themes which are less than 30mb.
Plugins and other media is less than 150mb.

Can you fix my email?

When the word 'quota' comes to mind, it would be the amount of files/folders.
You may have exceeded the limit on your account. cPanel x3 (can be changed in the 'switch theme' section in the header above cPanel [usually]) would represent this on the left side on the PC version as inodes. The default limit is 50,000.
If this is very close, on, or over the limit set, you might want to consider removing files that you may consider to be less mandatory to be up on your account.
What should be noted is that cPanel's access can be prevented if the limit exceeds so you may need to login via FTP using your account details if you have not created an additional FTP user for your account.
