Cannot navigate to website

My account became suspended due to inactivity. I submitted a request to be renewed which appeared to be successful. However, the domain christinahomes.x10hosting.com is still unavailable. How do I view my website?

How do you know you were suspended?
Please define "unavailable".
Can you log onto cPanel?

Be aware that quite a few x10 sites do not show up because x10 is in the middle of moving datacenters from Dallas to Chicago.
