I tried to add a .Co.Cc domain name as an add-on domain, but I get this error message:

Error from park wrapper: theothersideup.co.cc is controlled by another user. You cannot park it.

Does anybody know what that could mean?
Help is very appreciated,
Shant.

Did you set the nameservers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com in the co.cc domain settings?

That should have nothing to do with his problem. He should be able to "park" any domain that is not in the system. The nameservers do not have to be set to x10. He does not even have to have "ownership" of the domain.

A parked domain requires the same ownership permissions as an addon domain. You must have control over the domain for it to be added to a server where the website can be edited. If that was the case, I could make Google look like my website. Now, a redirect is a whole different issue.
Back to my question to the thread starter, did you set the nameservers to x10's? (ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com)

This is an issue in cPanel where it thinks the domain is controlled by another user at x10Hosting. This needs to be escalated to staff.

I can go to my cPanel and "park" google.com and put cnn.com on as an add-on. x10's system will not care. Your two nameservers will point to the two domains to Chopin.

The rest of the world will not recognize my sites as "the real ones", but x10's system will.

Yes, I did set the nameservers to ns1 and ns2.x10hosting.com. I am the "owner" of the domain name. It used to be a redirect to my site but I found out I could use it as a domain name, so I did. Does the set password have any relevance? I tried using my .Co.Cc password and leaving it blank but it did not work.

Have you ever had this domain added here before?

Corey found the issue and fixed it. He's too lazy to post and asked me to.. So you can now add the addon domain successfully. Feel free to rep Corey if you wish (and me too if you want :p), but you are not obligated to.
