Hi, I'm trying to park my domain but I'm getting the following error:

Sorry, the domain is already pointed to an IP address that does not appear to use DNS servers associated with this server. Please transfer the domain to this servers nameservers or have your administrator add one of its nameservers to /etc/ips.remotedns and make the proper A entries on that remote nameserver.

I've confirmed that my nameservers are correct by performing a whois lookup. From what I've read in the forums, this seems to be a common cPanel bug.

My current x10hosting domain: steve.x10host.com
Domain I would like to park: steve-singh.com

Please let me know how this can be resolved.

as a start - you have a error in one of the nameservers - the one that starts with NS1...
Domain Name: STEVE-SINGH.COM
Registrar URL: http://www.godaddy.com
Registrant Name: Steve Singh
Registrant Organization:
Name Server: NS1.XHOSTING.COM
Name Server: NS2.X10HOSTING.COM

Wow, I definitely misread the whois lookup. My mistake... that's what I get for manually typing in nameservers. This is actually the second time I've switched to x10hosting's nameservers (I copied/pasted the nameservers last time, and had the same issue). I've made the request to change the first one to ns1.x10hosting.com. I'm fairly certain that I will run into the same problem. Thank you for catching that.

Okay, my nameservers have been updated, and I'm still having this problem. I tried parking steve-singh.com ontop of steve.x10host.com using both themes, and it still isn't working. Is there any way to request a manual domain park?

Please try to add the domain again, I've made a change that should have resolved this problem.
