Cannot Reply To Account Suspension Ticket

I clicked the support ticket from my thread:

And keep getting this error message:

Fatal error: ERROR: You do not have access to this Ticket. in /home/support/public_html/modules/tickets/client_tickets.php on line 172

Tried logging in with my forum details and it says login invalid. I tried relogging into the forums and no problems there. I've tried this a few times and with copy and pasting so I know I'm not typing it wrong.

Are you sure it's the forum details you got to use?

you only use forum details for your cpanel if they are the same as the cpanel user and pass you chose

Well I finally logged in but I am still getting the same error message.

The only other choice is to wait for staff to respond to the ticket. You'll receive that response through an email. To respond back, just reply to that email. All of the email correspondence will be added to the ticket so you don't need to see the ticket itself, just the emails.
