Cannot send email to my own address

Through Webmail within x10hosting I can send emails to outside emails and I can email from outside in and both work.
However I cannot send an email to my own email address. Likewise when I setup php mail() it does not work either.
Email is:
anderson@cnsnotes.com
anderson@cnsnotes.x10host.com

Can you help?

Turns out I cannot send any emails from anderson@cnsnotes.com to anderson@cnsnotes.com from anywhere.
WHy would this be blocked?
