Cannot send mail (SMTP error)

I'm using IMAP/SMTP for my mail client (outlook 2007), not using SSL.

My settings are as follows:

incoming mail server: mail.agileblade.com
outgoing mail server: mail.agileblade.com

Error is:
503 Valid RCPT command must precede DATA

I can send mail using webmail successfully. All email accounts have the same error.
