I signed up for a hosting account, but after confirming my email address and trying to access the control panel for my site, I received an error. It said my password was too long. So I told it to cancel my request, figuring I could simply sign up again. Now it is telling me I cannot register for my hosting account for 24 hours, even though I already have a client account without the hosting part. Could someone help me override this or allow me to gain access to hosting as soon as possible, otherwise it's not worth having a client account.
