Cannot signup

I want to create a new account (i had one before) but when i want to register, it shows that my isp is banned, i use movistar , one of the biggers ISPs on Spain. i really want create a new account.

Hi RuG, sorry to hear you had an issue with signing up via Moviestar. We've had a lot of abusive signups from this ISP in the last few weeks which had lead to that temporary block you saw.
