Cannot unsuspend account

My account richardhowe.x10.mx had its normal suspension notice, I logged in to unsuspend but it immediately logged me back out, and it didn't unsuspend it. Now there's no option I can find on the UI to reattempt unsuspension. Anyone got any pointers on resolving this?

Edit: I did get an "unsuspension" email, but the site is still blocked. :-/
