Cannot upload files to my site. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED!!!!

FTP ad File Manage get the same result "a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive"....has been like this for hours with dozens of people complaining about it.

Is it going to be fixed or is it time to make other arrangements for hosting?
