cannot use account

I made an acct cpanel prisneyF in an ad-free server, when i try to go to the panel it tells me that in order to use enhanced-add server i have to link acct, but i didn't select enhanced-add in the first time. ok i write my user and tells me it doesn't exist.

I try to login in cpanel and I can't, well maybe i don't remember password or I'm writing it wrong. but I don't think so.

How can I access cpanel in prisneyF acct

I signed up in host acct and forums with prisneyF, so that shoud be the user

that's it, I think I've just messed up.

Ok, i had first open an acct with domain helozano.com.

Today I made a new acct with user prisneyF, So I can use the domain prisney.com (previously an add-on in helozano.com, but realeased by corey today some hours ago) as stand alone since I migth be no longer running this site in the next weeks.

So prisneyF, should be a completly separate acct of helozano.com (helozano.com has hecloz as user).

1. Server Usage
Personal accounts are to be used by the primary owner only. Personal account holders are not permitted to resell, store or give away web-hosting services of their website to other parties. Web hosting services are defined as allowing a separate, third party to host content on the owner's web site. Each individual is allowed ONE account only.

So, I need to ask, which account would you like to keep?

I want to keep helozano.com/hecloz.

And as I stated before, the second acct wasn't for my personal usage (actually it was opened with the information of the owner of the domain that wanted to be use in it) I'm helping with technical support but I didn't owned the acct. And I didn't resell it. So I'm gonna explain my client he must open an acct by himself (since I will be recomending you guys) so he can manage his own acct with his own domain.

And actually I'm reading the terms, it says I cannot maintain a third parysvc in my primary acct. So because of that I wanted to remove the add-on domain from my acct.

But as question, Can I recomend you guys to other people, and that people can open new accts and I can help them with them?

you know. forget it, I'm tired, it's nigth, and this is getting complicated.
