Cannot use the File Manager from Cpanel and strange unavailability of my website

Hi,
I'm the webmaster of the recently acquired free http://www.jekiffe.x10.bz domain.
Yesterday evening I noticed I couldn't access my website by typing this URL :
http://jekiffe.x10.bz whereas it is the URL I've been using so far.
Now it seems to be working again but another problem had appeared : I can't use the file manager tool from Cpanel ( the following message appears : Loading data..., but even after a while, well, nothing's loaded ). So I would like to know if this will be fixed or I should use a FTP tool to upload files onto the server, and if this is the case, I would like to know wich host I shall use.

Mhh yes I know, I was distracted and wrote .biz but that doesnt really solve the problems I mentionned.

For example right now when I go to http://jekiffe.x10.bz, it redirects me to
http://jekiffe.x10.bz/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi
But when i go to http://www.jekiffe.x10.bz then it works ...
