If I try to create any support ticket when I hit the create button ALL I
get is an 'error 400' message. Why. What d I do to get help with my issue...

My account is http://eatc7402.x10.mx. I also oen the domain name of amexpatin.davao.com.
Whois.com has successfully redirected. That name to my x10 account. They have also turned on
subnet masking so when I call a subdir of my account the url displays with the amexpatin.davao.com
showing and the proper subpage displayed. That is true if I display the subdirs in the same
original browser window. But if I open a subpage in a new window (or new tab) the url
shows the proper subpage dir but my HOME page is always displayed.
How do I fix that, I trued n addon domain with redirection but that didnt fix it.
