Can't acces CPANEL and WEBMAIL

Hi!,

I am new to x10hosting and found it has a great free web hosting features,however upon creating my account and hosting has been successfully created, I can't seem to login to my CPanel and Webmail.

I got this domain: reviews.x10.bz
hosting username is: jpg1979
Link to cpanel:https://lotus.x10hosting.com:2083/login/?login_theme=cpanel
link to Webmail: https://lotus.x10hosting.com:2096/

Could you please check what seems to be the problem.

What error are you receiving when you attempt to log into cPanel or Webmail?

i got this error:

The connection has timed out
The server at lotus.x10hosting.com is taking too long to respond.

* The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
moments.

* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.

* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.
