Can't Access Account/What Am I Doing Wrong?

In my email it says "Congratulations, your x10Hosting Ad-Free hosting account has been successfully created. ", but when I try to login it says "
An Error Has Occurred
The username specified does not exist."


Am I just stupid or is there something wrong? Am I suppose to do something before I can login?





Then again I am a retard to all this and have no clue what to do... I'm new, sorry.



Nevermind I need to wait till I get my computer running with internet. ^_^ I'm stupid sorry.

He might be at a place like a Library using internet until he/she gets internet at their house. Otherwise, are you trying to log in using your forum username, or the one you set for cPanel? These can be two different usernames by the way, based on what you set up on registration.

Your site loads for me i can also access your cPanel. Is this still an issue?
