Can't access account...

I went to log on today and I couldn't gain access to my account. I had this exact problem yesterday but it was resolved by simply reloading the page. I've tried that today several times and I still cannot get in.

Here's the error:

An Error Has Occurred
Whoops, an error occurred retrieving your account's data from our system. Please try your request again in a few moments.

10 minutes later it still won't go through.

Edit: Been an hour. Still a no-go.

Too bad. You guys offer so much more thn any other free host I've found. Just can't get it to work.

Edit: Can somebody at least close my account so I can open another without violating your TOS? I've been waiting 2 hours now (not including the time I couldn't get on 'cause of the move yesterday). I wanted to get something done by the end of today.

Edit: 2-1/2 hours now. Anyone there?

Edit: Can't access my cPanel either. The sticky says the cPanel is online. All I'm getting is "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage".

Edit: Over 3-1/2 hours now. Is this really what passes for support around here when I have an account-breaking problem?

Edit: Can somebodu just delete the damned account so I can remake it already? It's been 5 hours. What the kind of support is this? Not a single replay in 5 hours?

If you read the news\announcement you would have seen that we were not doing any support until the server move and major issues were completed.

Now that they are we are working on individual issues.

Are you still having problems accessing http://x10hosting.com/account ?
