Can't access C-panel

Hello Support people,

I created a fresh accound yesterday and when trying to access cpanel (so I could create a MySql database ) found that I could not.

I left it for a day and still no Joy,

Your website and cpanel is working fine..

Just to add to the thread, Stoli's cPanel is up at the moment.
