Can't access control panel and site is down

Hi,

My site adjustedworld.x10hosting.com is down and I can't access my CP.

Please help - I urgently need to update my site.

I've read the news btw but that now says everything has been fixed...and my control panel site still won't load.

Try clearing your cache, temporary files, cookies and flush your DNS. If nothing happens post back.

I've tried to access it from a few different computers - all the same result - so I don't think that will help?

Have tried all that now too and still nothing.

You can do that untill they solve the problem:

Use a proxy like www.ninjaproxy.com to access to your site.
Tipe in your ftp manager the ip from the server you are on and you can connect without problems with ftp to your files.

stoli : 74.86.116.188
cossacs : 74.86.116.190
absolut : 74.86.116.190
Set that in host and use your username and pass for cpanel.

Sorry I don't really understand what you mean - I'm pretty new to the whole web hosting thing :happysad:. Which addresses do I put where?

Dont set in your ftp manager XXXXX.x10hosting.com, set the ip of the server you are on, and use your account like before.

example:

Host: 74.86.116.190

Server tipe : FTP

User: <your username>

Password: <your password here>

And after that just connect

Thanks TomyVK - I was confused because I wasn't using an FTP Manager on my computer but relying completely on CP. Connected into it fine now so allllll good.
