Can't access CP and site

Hey guys I just created my site and account today and it won't let me log into my CP. It said I would have to wait 3 minutes but it's already been 10. Every time I try to login it says "Login Attempt Failed! "

I try using both my forum account and account manager user names and passwords and they don't work.

It seems to be a problem with your domain configuration.
When yo go to: http://loompasrevolt.x10hosting.com, you get "Domain available".
Please wait for an Administrator, and he'll fix the problem.

Ya thats what it says when you click on the site. How do I get an admin to check it out - will they just reply here or do I contact them?

I tried with the guide but it doesn't work

Yeah it says your domain is available, its annother problem then.

TomyVK your guide doesn't work for me as I have tried it and it has failed. I keep on getting the message that my domain is available but don't know how that can be since I created it today. Thanks for the help but I guess I should just wait for an admin to contact me since all of the staff members say to not PM them.

Yeah, thats the only thing you can do. I'm sorry that the guide could not help. Thats annother kind of issue then.

Try using http://74.86.116.190/~yourusername/ for your site (but replace yourusername with the one that you use to log in)

and http://74.86.116.190:2082 for cPanel
