Can't access Cpanel, and Website is down

For about 4 days now, I get this error message:

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

and my website is down.

CPanel Name: KashK
Domain: cervantes.x10hosting.com
Account Type: Free Ad Based Medium PHP

Let me know when you guys have a chance.

Did I do something wrong?

I know it was suspended for inactivity, but I followed the steps and got it unsuspeneded...

Sorry to keep bothering you, but I just want to know what I did, so I don't do it again.

It seems the account was terminated just before you got unsuspended. Next time make sure you request to be unsuspended as soon as you notice you are suspended. Accounts get terminated 10 days after being suspended state.
