can't access cPanel or publish from FrontPage

Hi.
For some reason, when i enter the URL of my cPanel (scottswebsite.pcriot.com:2082), the cPanel login screen shows up for second, then directs to cashmoneygrants.com.
Also, what directory should I be publishing in? When I try to publish with FrontPage, it says that the FPSE extensions are not installed.

Cashmoneygrants is probably the interstitial, you can skip this by hitting 'skip' on the top right.

In your cPanel you should be able to install front page extensions on to your account.

There is no skip button. If I click the login screen before it goes away, it stays.
Also, cPanel says that FPSE is installed.

I have tried it with both Netscape Navigator and Firefox.

Please post a screen shot (max width 640px) of the ad page that appears when you go to the cpanel link.
This could be an add blocker trying to stop the page from displaying.
