Can't Access CPanel

I have just set up a new account but can't access https://stoli.x10hosting.com:2083 (CPanel)
It keeps giving me an unable to connect error.
Please let me know how I can access CPanel.

Did you tried http://r4dtimeline.x10hosting.com:2082

And also you can use http://stoli.x10hosting.com:2082

By the way flush the DNS, clear your browser cache and try again.
