cant access cpanel

hi, im new, just started, logged in successfully, and now i cant access cpanel. im guessing, this is where i go to upload or create my site, so i dont know what to do , it just doesnt load the page, and i get a "The page cannot be displayed

Are you able to see http://alfi.x10Hosting.com ?

Can you access http://x3demob.cpx3demo.com:2082/ or other cpanels?
If not check your firewall/router. Make sure it is not blocking the port 2082. Since most websites operate on port 80, the normal setting for browsers will block 2082.
