can't access cpanel

hi! just wanna know why i can't access my cpanel...

my error message is:

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

pls tell me what might be the problem with my cpanel and domain...

It is your domain.com:2082 so mine would be http://staff.x10hosting.com:2082

i can access my cpanel before but after i request to change my cpanel username... everything went wrong...

i'm sorry, i don't know what you mean by welcome email... what is it?

What is your old cPanel name? The one I'm seeing linked is "ladysept" What is it supposed to be?

Your welcome Email is the one we sent you when you signed up for hosting that has all your registration details.

it's cutieayu but i requested to change it to ladysept which i use now...

sorry... i think i already deleted that welcome email... :happysad:

do you think is it because i change my cpanel name that i can't access my domain anymore...

Your "cutieayu" account exists still and I do not see ladysept. So I believe that is the problem. Do you want me to relink the cutieayu account to this forum name?

hm, can i delete my cutieayu account and use ladysept as my domain? do i need to re-apply it again using ladysept username? :dunno:

I re-linked cutieayu to this account. If you want it terminated please post in the upgrades section and a staff member will take care of it. Then you could re-signup under a different name.
