cant access cpanel

I cant access my cpanel. It says the site is taking too long to respond.

I am having exactly the same issue and it has nothing to do with the browsers cache. What is seems to be is that your firewall is not alllowing our IP's to connect to the server on that specific port.

This has happened before about 2 weeks ago and Corey had to change something on the firewall.
