Cant access cPanel

I am new to this service and so still trying to find my way around properly.
I have managed to login to my account and all seems okay - domain is as registered, but when I try and access cPanel from this page I get a web page telling me it cant find the server?
Can anyone help please???

Did you try accessing it through a proxy?

Check if your firewall is blocking the port "2082"
