cant access cpanel

I can access my homepage but can't access cpanel or through FTP.

no no, not bad password error, i can't load cpanel or connect to by FTP,
it say "prolem to loading page" (in Firefox)

I can't connect to my cpanel too.

Although I can connect to http://x10hosting.com/account with my username and password, this isn't the case at cpanel: http://superhero.x10hosting.com:2082/
I always get a new window requesting my username and password as though I enter a wrong one.

Could you please reset it?

cpanel sometimes goes down time to time, you should just give it sometime. Other things are down as well, but they should be up in no time.
