Good evening!

For the past few days, whenever I log into x10hosting, my server is shown as x13.x10hosting.com, but any attempt to log into that server is rendered null! This goes for the x10 login page, the DirectAdmin and Roundcube direct links, and even FTP...though the latter still works if I try and log into the old xo5 server.

Has my account not transferred properly, or perhaps my IP is being blocked by DirectAdmin? I could really use some help here.

Thank you very much!

Have you tried https://x13.x10hosting.com:2222/
then use your normal login credentials ?
if you have an email address for a username,
remove the @host.com on the end.

I was on x05 to but on x15 and it works for me.
the email has to be adjusted for the new server.
i just use mail.websitename.x10.bz for settings.

I did find your IP in the firewall.

If you still can't login let me know, there has been a few cases where password has gotten mismatched and thus the sso page sends the wrong password.

Also if you go for directadmins serveraddress directly you should use the hosting username (same as here on the forums) and not email address.

Sorry to say, but I still can't log in. In fact, the page doesn't even load at all, rather giving me this error:

"The connection has timed out

The server at x13.x10hosting.com is taking too long to respond."

This also goes for accessing DirectAdmin's server address directly.

I'm having problems with my email as well.
Was seeing this when trying to view my accounts with Webmail or going to Extras --> Webmail:Roundcube

DATABASE ERROR: CONNECTION FAILED!
Unable to connect to the database!
Please contact your server-administrator.

A couple days ago I WAS able to access accounts via Webmail, but now I get the same error.

Something at my end? Sever end? Very Frustrating!

Any help would be welcome, I know Anna must be busier than a bee right now.

Still not able to log into my account...

I think the migration must have screwed up for me, and I am still on the old xo5 server. I can only use FTP if I connect to xo5, and I keep getting login authentication errors if I try to use FTP on the x13 server.

Can someone please redo my account migration? I would really, really appreciate it!

Thank you :)

I have alerted the admin in charge of the migrations about that, he's usually fairly quick on it

Your issue was not the same as original poster, it is always adviced to start your own thread so the request doesn't go overlooked.

I can't see any problems with mysql management or phpmyadmin for your server right now.
