Can't access FTP or Website.

I cannot login to my website or my FTP. My account is not suspended and I recently put in a PHP request.

Absolutely none, It simply wont load or connect.

in FTP it says:
Status: Connecting to ftp.fourtress.ExoFire.net ...
Error: Unable to connect!

In my browser it just wont load.
