Cant access ftp

Ok, I can not access the ftp server. I ahve done everything i can think of. I ahve flushed my dns, and cleared my cache...

username: Khaos007

use the host : icescript.pcriot.com or ftp.icescript.pcriot.com
username (cpanel name) : khaos007
password : the one that accompanies the above username

dont change the port !
