can't access my account panel

Ok, so i have a slight problem i signed up for an account in February I'm sure it was, I've been busy.

So i thought i was time to get my little website going again but it appears when i log into my account and click go to account panel I'm presented with :

In order to use the Ad-Enhanced hosting account management panel, you must have your forum account linked to your hosting account.
Please enter your cPanel username below, you will receive an E-mail with further instructions. Be sure to have the same E-mail address registered with your cPanel account that your forum account has!

The problem is when i enter my what should be my cPanel username it says the username i entered doesn't exist.

Can some one please help me I tried signing up for another hosting account but i can't.
