cant access my control panel

I logged in to the system and then click log in to cpanel I enter my credentials brendonh and my password and I keep getting log in attempt failed (I have checked the password and re-entered several times)
I see that I am on the absolut server and it appears that there is a migration process in place, is this why I am having issues or is there another reason

Due to the fact your account is on Absolut your website and account is not going to perform correctly until the migration is completed.
