can't access my Cpanel to load my website

I can't access my cpanel, it's giving me a error message, I'm able to log in to my x10 hosting , but not my cpanel. I need to load my website to get it going but it's not allowing me to log into my cpanel to do so. What do I need to do to gain access to my cpanel ?:mad:
