Can't Access my CPanel

I have a free hosting account with the account name of Sponge. A few days ago when I first created the account, I had to try a few times to get into my CPanel. Eventually I got in, and all was fine. Earlier today I went to log in and I kept getting "Login Attempt Failed." I reset my password thinking the error was on my side, and have yet to receive an Email with the new password.

Hmm it's not suspended and it is active. If you want to forward me your welcome Email or PM me your cPanel pass I can see if it works from here.
