Can't Access my Forum most of the time.

Hello!

My phpbb2 forum is curently hosted the server Cossacks.x10, and url is http://umfcluj.exofire.net/

Since thursday night, I and most of my visitors are having trouble to view the forum.
From my point of view, at one time I am able to access the forum without problem. It remains so so some period until all of a sudden, I can no longer get a page to load up (while I am in the same session) and I keep getting this message:

Server not found

Firefox can't find the server at umfcluj.exofire.net.

* Check the address for typing errors such as
ww.example.com instead of
www.example.com

* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.

* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

But what is weird is that I can still access the disk space of my account by FTP, although acces to the forum by Firefox, IE or Opera is still impossible.


EDIT 1: I read in another post about using a proxy! And for me, the forum load perfectly while using a proxy (while access by firefox is still impossible).


EDIT 2: Me and most of my members are from Romania. My IP is 86.107.xx.xxx. Does it has any relationship with IP from romania being blocked?

EDIT 3: Access to FTP by using ftp.umfcluj.exofire.net does not work at all, but using the server IP (74.86.116.190) works.

Please, help me getting this problem solved.

try to disable in the cpanel the blacklists, that woked fine for me.

But where can I find this in Cpanel?
Is it the "IP deny manager? If yes, there is currently no IP being blocked there.

These were our firewall settings. We changed them early this morning. Are you still having issues?

Still cannot access the forum by normal ways.
Using a proxy works though.

And one correction from my first post: I was saying that access by FTP was working. Actually using the server IP (74.86.116.190) works, but not by using ftp.umfcluj.exofire.net as the adress.

It doesn't look like we're blocking 86.107.XX.XX . That is the last IP you used to post. Also, if you can get to the IP and not the DNS name then something is wrong on your end with your DNS lookups.

Try flushing your DNS, clear your temp files, possibly restart your computer\modem\router
