Can't access my free website pages or the cPanel

For quite some time I've been unable to view any data from the webpages I created on my free website. My browser returns a "Cannot display the webpage" message. The url I'm using to access the webpages is:
http://laketest.x10hosting.com/

ALSO, I have not been able to access the cPanel anymore. My username and password are not accepted. The url I'm using to access the cPanel is:
http://starka.x10hosting.com:2082/?login_theme=loginnew

I understand that you are in the middle of major change but would like to know when I might be able to access the account again.
