Can't access my own site and ftp

Already submitted a support ticket but haven't got a response yet. My site seems to work under a different IP address (under proxy)

Can a staff check it for me: cpanel: wystery

I had this same problem, and I too submitted a ticket but 2 days later I still hadn't heard back. I'd also posted a topic here an all I got was a message saying to just wait for a reply to my ticket.

I also had 2 other topics open here, about some queries of other problems an never got a useful reply I just got my topics closed without any answer.

One thing I found with the exact problem your having here was to shut off my router/modem for like 30 minutes or so and it reset my IP address with my ISP and I was able to access my site again no problem. Try that, maybe it'll work for you too.

If that is the case I think they must have put some sorta IP block on or something, cos I've no idea what else could cause the problem that I had and your also now having.
