Can't access my site and cpanel

My previous domain was myelomawatch.x10hosting.com.I bought a domain which is www.medicguide.org and pointed domain to your nameserver 74.86.117.243 about 37 hours ago.I'm still getting apache start page and i can't login to my cpanel which is www.medicguide.org/cpanel and it says my username and password incorrect.Please give me a suggestion.
