Hi all, I'm having some issues with my site / hosting at the moment.
As the thread title states, I can't access my site in any browser nor log into my control panel and Wordpress Admin.
Usually I log into - https://x15.x10hosting.com:2222/
But I'm not getting anything. Just a generic "took too long to respond" error in the browser. I can still access x10hosting.com/panel/services/XXXXX
I don't have a VPN, have tried clearing my browser and I think I've only logged in with my current laptop. I'll be able to try resetting my router later tonight once it's not in use by others.
The last things I did before losing access were installing Wordpress, edited PHP to allow uploads of more than 8MB, install my purchased custom WordPress theme (Plexx) imported an XML, created a few pages. I can't think that would cause any issues.
Hoping someone can help me out and look forward to any response.
