cant access my Site !!

Hi
its 2 week I can't access my site "The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading." and my Account Management Panel and my ftp too !!

this is what I get when I try to login to my account :

An Error Has Occurred

Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

You'll find it's because there are loads of updates going on.
