Cant access my site =?

Hello guys, i'm the owner of Tiberian-wrath.x10hosting.com website and i'm getting some problems.
Everyone can access my website accept me... I was currently deleteing joomla from my website and another admin was putting somefiles... Whats up? Did i get baned of something? When ever i goto my wbsite, it says that i cant connect to it
