Can't Access my site.....

Every 10 minutes or so it takes 2 minutes for pages to load, and every other 10 minutes I can't get at my website for 10 minutes. I don't want to complain because it's a free website obviously, but WTF is up with this? The same thing happens to my FTP connection to the server. Every other website on the WWW works fine.

Your website is loading with in a few seconds for me, Your internet connection could of been suffering from severe lag, etc.
