Cant Access my Website

Hello,

I m facing a problem with my website.
when i enter my website address

www.hybridplanet.co.cc
or
hybridplanet.exofire.net

the browser said "Unable to Connect" or "The web address you entered could not be found"

my cPanel, FTP,etc working properly, but why its not showing the website.

my Internet Connection is goin very well, i can access all websites but not mine.

Please check this issue ASAP.
