Can't access new static site

Yesterday I registered magicm.x10hosting.com (70.86.136.178). Right away I was able to ftp and access the control panel using the IP address, but using the domain name always fails because the IP can't be found.

Additionally, if I go to http://70.86.136.178, it says "There is no website configured at this address." and even if I upload files into pub_html, I can't see them through the web.

Help? Please?

You're not alone, my subdomain always fails and I get the same message (the IP adress is not unique to accounts, so it does not know who's site the user is requesting). I assumed everyone was having this problem, though now that the servers are apparently working, I don't know what's happening. This is my account information:

From another thread by an admin, try http://70.86.136.178/~username/. Alt least then you can see your stuff.
