Can't access site, cpanel, ftp, sql

I tried everything on my computer to get to work.
EDIT: I read everything else about HTTP being down, I already know that, but it still won't work. It says it's up and other places work, IE: library.

Using shaw Cable

Nothing works, but using a proxy that I use I can access it, the proxy is private so it won't matter much. But it doesn't connect to anything, tried setting external SQL and the thing won't connect.

So It seems something is blocking me, I tried flushing the cache, not even my mac could connect to it, I tried both using linksys router and directly using my surfboard modem, but no luck.

I resetted them both too.

Any help would great, ATM , I'm trying to get a new IP by renewing it.

Hi, i think im having the same problem. I cant access my site & control panel.

Yesterday when i checked my account management panel, the apache http was offline, so i thought that was the prob. But this morning, checked my site & cp -they'r still down. But the apache http thing is online.

When i try to open up my site with a proxy-site, it loads up!

That's weird, i can access it now, too, a few mins ago, i cant... Thanks anyway. And sorry if bother you.

The account is fine, i can access in library it but I can't use it at home, which has all the site files. But I cant upload.

And I can't access other sites without using a proxy, since the sites are on different servers I can't access it, and can access this site as it's on a different server.

I can't ping it either. It timeouts on all the sites. except for http://x10hosting.com
